Ms. Bashani earned her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis and is licensed to practice law in both New York and New Jersey. After working for a midtown lawfirm closing residential real estate transaction in New York and New Jersey, Ms. Bashani opened her doors in 2006 on Wall Street catering to many first time home buyers, investors and focusing on the needs of her clients. Her primary focus continues to be residential real estate law representing buyers and sellers in the transfer of coops, condos, new construction and single family properties. She also drafts Offering Plans for new development condominiums, as well as representing lenders including Wells Fargo, Bank of America, TD Bank, and other national lenders as a bank attorney for refinances and purchases. She personally services each file and provides the client with confidence that their transaction is handled directly by an attorney. Additonally, she charges a single flat fee for every deal so that her clients are not susceptible to accumulating excessive hourly fees.
