Arlene F. Albino is certified as a Matrimonial Law Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and is in private practice in Sparta, New Jersey. She has practiced exclusively in family law since 1982.

A fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Ms. Albino is a member of the Family Law Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Sussex County Bar Association. She is a past member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Essex County Bar Association. She is a past Chair of the District V Fee Arbitration Committee.

Ms. Albino has lectured on family law topics for the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers; New Jersey State Bar Association; Sussex County Bar Association; and Project Self Sufficiency. She has taught family law at Sussex County Community College. She provides legal consultations for both Project Self Sufficiency and Domestic Abuse Services, Inc. and she is a member of the Sussex County Domestic Violence Task Force.

Ms. Albino was a Trustee of the Somerset/Sussex Legal Services which organization was subsequently merged with other legal services corporations. She now serves as a Trustee of Legal Services of Northwest Jersey.
