Since 1982 David J. Gormley has assisted Massachusetts landlords and property managers with difficult tenant issues. Representing only landlords, he quickly brings eviction actions against tenants (subsidized or market rent) commercial renters and businesses of all kinds.

In 2019 Atty. Gormley argued before the Supreme Judicial Court of Mass. the case of Davis v. Comerford, 483 Mass. 164 which established the right of landlords to seek use and occupancy payments during the pendency of an eviction action.
