Mr. Stoyack is an Architect and Professional Planner with more than 35 years experience in all phases of architectural office practice. Licensed to practice architecture in New Jersey and New York he is also NCARB certified to practice architecture in all fifty states by reciprocity. He is a Licensed New Jersey Home Inspector and he also holds a license to practice Professional Planning in New Jersey.

Mr. Stoyack has more than 30 years experience in providing expert testimony in matters involving building code violations, construction negligence, accepted design practice and accepted construction industry standards and practices. He has been qualified as an expert to testify in multiple New Jersey Superior Courts including Essex, Passaic, Morris, Hudson, Bergen, Sussex, Warren, Union, Middlesex, Somerset, Monmouth, Ocean and Mercer Counties. He has been qualified as an expert in New York Supreme Courts including Rockland County and the Boroughs of Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx. He has also been qualified as an expert in United States District Court, Southern District, White Plains, NY. He has also testified in numerous arbitration proceedings in the New Jersey and New York metropolitan area.
