Theodore M. David, Esq. is a former IRS agent and IRS lawyer. He has practiced in the IRS tax dispute area for over 30 years representing individuals and businesses with IRS and State tax problems. He is the author of the Ali-Aba professional book “Dealing with the IRS: Law, Forms and Practice”. He is chair of the Bergen County and Monmouth County Bar Associations Tax Committees.
