Mr. Kasselman is a partner and member of the Executive Committee of Bathgate, Wegener & Wolf, P.C. Mr. Kasselman joined the firm in 1983, and was made a partner in 1986. In 1988, Mr. Kasselman was certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a certified civil trial attorney, and was re-certified in 1995 and 2002.

Mr. Kasselman’s practice as a senior litigation partner in the firm is concentrated in personal injury, worker’s compensation, products liability, employment litigation, and education law.

His trial practice has included matters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania State and Federal courts, as well as before many New Jersey State agencies. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization with 2000 members in the United States who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts, awards and settlements
