Robert N. Braverman is one of a select few attorneys that is Board Certified by the American Board of Certification in both Business Bankruptcy Law and Consumer Bankruptcy Law. His uniquely diverse experience includes representing both debtors and creditors in Chapter 13, Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases of varying complexities. Robert is an Adjunt Professor at Rutgers Law school, was appointed to the District IV Ethics Committee and also serves as a bankruptcy mediator. Robert has co-authored bankruptcy publications and lectured on bankruptcy for different organizations, including the New Jersey State Bar Association and New Jersey ICLE.
