Potential tax saving opportunities are identified at the time a transaction (business or personal) is contemplated. These opportunities then are put into practice by careful analysis of the latest tax law. Tax projections, along with other analyses, are used to help determine and structure the optimal strategy to employ. Of course, if the client desires, we are able to provide thorough and detailed tax return preparation to report the strategy accurately; or we can review and assist that client’s usual tax return preparer to complete the relevant tax forms appropriately.
