We concentrate our practice in labor and employment matters, representing employees and unions in all aspects of federal and state labor law, including filing and litigating discrimination, wrongful termination, whistleblower, workers’ compensation, wage and hour claims and defending disciplinary cases. Our clients include some of New Jersey’s largest public sector unions and their members. We also represent clients in defending discrimination claims, enforcing and opposing restrictive covenants, and investigating claims of harassment.
