Claims for Benefits Pursuant to the Federal Employees’ Compensation Act
I have handled all aspects of claims for benefits pursuant to the Federal Employees’ Compensation Act on behalf of injured federal employees before the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP). This includes the preparation of Requests for Reconsideration including supportive medical evidence of adverse decisions of the OWCP. I have appeared before the Branch of Hearings and Review.
