Ellen Rader Smith/ERS offers Functional Capacity Evaluations that document clients’ current functional capacities and/or limitations with respect to the performance of personal care and homemaking, work and vocational capacities and recreational pursuits. ERS has 30+ years experience as a Licensed Occupational Therapist and 20+ years as a Certified Vocational Evaluator, with an expertise in assessing hand/upper extremity injuries and the functional consequences of any injury for personal injury, disability, auto, medical malpractice or occupational cases. ERS also reviews cases for Occupational Therapy Standard of Care and ergonomic injury causality. We provide clear, concise and illustrated reports and expert testimony that helps juries easily understand clients’ functional performance abilities and limitations.
