Mr. Spiegler has worked on cases in a number of states. He has testified in district, superior and federal courts and has always been found to be qualified. Cases he has been involved in range from slip and fall accidents to motor vehicle, boating, and aircraft accidents, and wrongful death as well as cases for which damage to, or loss of, property from wind, snow, heavy rain, flooding, and ocean waves occurred.
